Hays Social Care have youth worker jobs available. Must have a successful track record within Youth Work. The successful candidate will be required to organise and participate in events for a group of 11-18 year olds. Experience of working with challenging behaviour would be an advantage.

You must posses NVQ 3 in Youth work or a degree in Youth & Community studies or equivalent. A knowledge of child protection would be advantageous but not essential. The role involves providing one-to-one support for service users and working closely with the existing staff team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to think on your feet.
Full driving licence essential
