I have a double or single room available in a shared house on Huntington Road, approx 10 minutes walk into the city centre. I have let 2 of the rooms from August to 2 young professionals (both 23 years old) one male and one female. The house has parking, large garden (looked after by gardener), double glazed, fully furnished etc. rent is £60 pw for double or £40pw for single.
