YORKS ONLY INDEPENDENT POLE DANCE SCHOOL EST 2005

You will learn a mix of spins and tricks which will tone you body and the cardio dance moves will help with weight loss and flexibility. Our friandly and experienced instructors have both been teaching for over 4 years both are professional dancers and also have made finals competing at a national level. They have worked alongside DJ's, MC's and breakdancers and have also performed at many events.
Small classes, competitive pricing and even the chance to work your way through official exams.

The weds classes are 6.30-8pm intermediate and advanced then 8.30pm-10.30pm beginners and intermediate at the Junction (near the NRM just off leeman Road)- free car parking
Its £10 for your first class, your 2nd class is free then every 6th class is free.
Its a pay as you go turn up when you can class and we have different groups for beginners and intermediates- no need to book.
Wear shorts/jogging bottoms and a t-shirt and bare feet (you can bring heels if you want)
Its a very friendly and fun class and we look forward to seeing you there

we also offer our sunday night classes too.
6pm - 7pm or 7pm -8pm at our studio at stockton on the forest village hall - free car parking
The front door is always locked and the entrance is round the back.
£10 for your first class, your 2nd free and then every 6th is free
You need to book a place for our sunday night class as its smaller groups and more one on one with instructor (weds is silghtly larger groups - double the time on the pole with plenty of practice time )
