HEAD CHEF - NORTH YORKSHIRE - £25000

Our client is an accoladed small hotel in North Yorkshire, near the Lancashire border.
They are seeking a Head Chef to to continue with the progression of their restaurant.

They anticipate the Head Chef to be an integral part of the management team, and are seeking an individual with flair and energy, who is in touch with leading food trends, and who can demonstrate a drive to gaining accolades, alongside being a talented manager who can ensure that all aspects of kitchen management are completed to a high level.

You will:

- have at least 2 years experience at Head Chef level in a rosetted establishment,
- have a talent for producing high quality food with an emphasis on regional, local and seasonal produce.
- be well versed in all areas of kitchen management.
