have recently moved into a lovely modern Mews house and want to rent out the second bedroom. I am asking for £400 per month (which includes bills)

The house on a very quiet street just off Heslington Road, this means it is very close to uni and the city centre. Prefect whether you are a student, if you work on town, or need to commute elsewhere.

The bedroom is a double room with two double glazed windows and laminate flooring. It has built in wardrobes and storage cupbaords. I can also supply a bed if required.

The house is double glazed and laminate throughout and is fully furnished with everything you could need, including a nice big TV! It has patio doors in the living room leading to a nice peaceful garden.

I am a mature student (27, University of York, Social Science student) and I also work in retail part time. I tend to stay in weeknights with a dvd or go to the gym, and then go out for a drink at weekend, but I don't have wild parties, they can happen at someone elses house!

I have a dog, she is a small pug x jack russel and adorable! I wouldn't expect you to look after her, just to be ok with her living with us.
