Printmaker seeks small studio space- can you help?

Hi,
I am an artist / printmaker looking for a small studio space in York.
Do you have a spare outhouse / workshop / garage that you would be willing to rent out? It doesn't have to be fancy!
I have a printing press so I am looking for a space approx 5m x 4m. Other than that it needs to be dry, secure with a sink and electricity. Oh and a solid floor.
I work full time as a landscape architect so I would mainly be looking to use the studio during the evenings and at weekends.
I am quiet and responsible - oh and the press is hand-operated (so not noisy)
I can pay up to £100pcm.
