Hi,

We are looking for a 1 or 2 bed house/ flat preferably in Bootham area and with some outside space (yard would do). We are clean and tidy working people in need of somewhere larger as we are currently in a studio flat. We do have a small (and very well behaved!) dog which we would need to have with us, we would be happy to pay a slightly higher bond if damage is a concern. Prefer furnished/ part furnished. our budget is up to £450 without bills or £550 with, depending on size and location. We only need to give minimal notice so could be in very quickly.
