A vacancy has come up for a Sous Chef to work in a prestigious York city centre restaurant.
the ideal candidate will have a good understanding of how a kitchen operates from day to day running to stock control and ordering. Must be able to work along side the Head Chef and deligate as required.
You will be working with fresh local food and everything is made on the premises.
The successful candidate will be required to work 5 over 7 working with a fantastic brigade and working to a high standard.
Salary - 18 - 21k.
