Personal Training.

My name is Adrian and I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.

I am fully insured and registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals. Along with this I have a degree in Sports Coaching, various sporting qualifications, a very high level of sporting experience as well as being Premier trained.

There are many reasons to work with a personal trainer. Trying to improve your fitness but lacking the energy or motivation to get started? Or wanting to tone up and get into shape for a forthcoming wedding, holiday or other event?
Well, Personal Training can make all the difference.

By working with me it means that you use your exercise time effectively and get the most out of every workout and it provides the motivation and encouragement to help you get the results you deserve!

By providing cardio training and/or muscle building/toning, I can help you achieve your fitness goals whatever your current fitness levels.

I work within York and its surroundings areas but will happily travel further afield. I provide all the equipment needed for the sessions in your home (or in a nearby park if you prefer) and can give diet advice and workout plans as required.


Sports Massage Therapy.

Sports massage is beneficial pre and post event to aid recovery and reduce the risk of injury. Also benefits everyday problems such as back, neck and arm problems!

Benefits of Sports Massage include:
