AN ACCOUNT MANAGER– 30hrs per week

CLOSING DATE – SATURDAY 5th September 2009

We are currently seeking a fully flexible Sales Consultant to work on our Counter in Debenhams YORK. Urban Decay is an established brand in the UK and Ireland and boasts some of the most innovative products in the Cosmetics industry.

You will need to be very confident, outgoing, and have bags of enthusiasm together with a love of the brand.
You must have experience of working with high fashion cosmetics and be aware of current make-up looks and also have a strong retail background.
Your make-up application skills must be of a high standard and you must be able to demonstrate an ability to create high fashion looks for the customers
You must be able to achieve targets by maximizing sales to customers, using traffic stopping sales techniques and express application make-over abilities.
You must be self motivated and capable of identifying sales opportunities as they arise.
You must work well under pressure and enjoy the challenge of over-achieving your targets.
You must be prepared not only to sell but also undertake all aspects of the business in-store, including motivating your team.
