Unfortunately we have bought a house where this sofa will not fit, we are very sad to see it go it is very comfortable and long enough for even the tallest of people to get that comfy TV watching position.

It was bought about a year ago brand new for £1200.

I don’t think the photo does it justice, it is in near perfect condition and there are no scuffs or scratches at all.

The 'footprint' of this sofa constructed is approx longest length (along the back of the sofa) 275cm, chaise Length (left hand side as you face the sofa) 186cm chaise width 100cm and short length (right hand side as you face the sofa) is 120cm, the height is 70cm.

To move the sofa, it splits into 2 pieces!
