Hi all!

For work reasons I have to move out of my lovely room, which I am offering to one lucky person!

Why should YOU answer this ad eh?
Well! First of all it's right in the city centre (Victor Street).
Secondly it's exceptionally cheap (£272 pcm - BILLS INCLUDED).
Thirdly the people are lovely (two fellas, one lady - very clean!).
Fourthly the house is a rather nice (it has a piano and a vegetable patch and is literally a stone's throw from the city walls. Though please refrain from testing this hypothesis)

The room itself has plenty of storage, a bay window, a desk and super comfy chair. The bed is currently a single but a double would fit a treat. Also the landlord is possibly the nicest landlord in the history of landlording - apparently pets are allowed.
