Job title: Web Developer
Reporting to: Systems Development Director
Responsible for: senior team member of the systems development team
Location: York City Centre
Salary: 24k - 34k pa

The role will involve

• Working on innovative web-based systems including learning delivery systems, e-Academies, e-Portfolio systems and Training Need Analysis tools.

• Developing solutions in response to briefs and specifications

• Developing web-based applications and software

• Working as a team to provide logical solutions

• Challenge current technical boundaries

• Be able to run and develop project meetings and be able to solve problems with the design of systems and the requirements of the customer

• Carry out project specifications and designs to meet a brief

• Support and advise junior members of the team

• This position involves working in a team and well as being a dynamic self starter and able to work independently
