We are looking to recruit a Home Manager with Registered Managers Award Qualification to deliver execellent service for individuals with Autism/Aspergers Syndrome in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Responsibility for being the Registered Manager of the Home.
Responsible for liaising with CSCI, in addition there must be a clear understanding of CSCI Requirements.
Responsible for policies and procedures being implemented and providing feedback for areas of development.
Responsible for the home operating to the National Minimum Standards.
Accurate record keeping in accordance with all legislation
Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
Overall responsibility of the care and well being of residents.

Relevant Qualifications mus tinclude NVQ level 4, Registered Managers Award. Minimum five years practical experience in a residential setting including two years at management level. Good working knowledge of Autism/Aspergers Syndrome, lives within daily travelling distance to Harrogate.
