A very comfortable room in a lovely modern house in Clifton Moor. The house has a large kitchen/diner and a large lounge. There is a spacious back garden and a separate garage. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom suite with shower over the bath. The room itself is a single room, with bookcase. There is space for a wardrobe and chest of drawers as well. The two other housemates are two professional women who are both friendly, chatty and very considerate. We are looking for a considerate, respectful, clean, tidy and friendly housemate to fill the other room.
