Here we have a great room in a lovely flat in a grand Victorian terraced house in Scarborough. I'm sad to be leaving, but I have a job at the other end of the country, so we need to find someone to replace me.

The flat is fully furnished and room is a large single. It has single bed, wardrobe, computer desk, book case, two small chest of drawers and loads of shelves.

The rest of the house has living/dinning room, kitchen, another bedroom and a bathroom. The house is shared with one other person in her 20s.

The room would suit a young professional in their 20s, non-smoker, who likes a tidy and clean house. The rent is about £245 a month and bills are extra but never too much (up to £100 a month inc. council tax). The deposit is again about one months rent. It's available from now.

The house is on Avenue Victoria, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and centre of town and the cliffs/sea are just at the end of the street. If you need parking you can get a residents permit to park in one of the streets in the area though you can usually find a space very near the flat.
