24-Years Old Looking For Bar Manager Role Near Harrogate

I am 24 year’s old, I really enjoy working behind the bar and I love communicating with people/customers. My friends say that I have a good sense of humour which is an important part of the job. I like it when people work as a team, because if you go solo, when you have 300 customers it’s not good for anyone, this is an important factor for the image of the bar.

Another important indication is staff. If the staff are not happy at work then the success of the bar could be affected. The team has to have a strong and dedicated team of employers because at the end of the day staff are the people who make a difference.

I enjoy going to new places and having a new challenge in my life. I believe that to make a difference it is an advantage to teach others what I have learned in my career. I think that this job can fulfil my aspirations in this circle. I always work hard (over hours is not an issue) and the salary is not the most important thing; job satisfaction is very important to me.

Iam currently looking Bar Managment position near Harrogate. I have 7 years Bar managment experience. I have my own car so transport wont be a problem.
